Return

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To qualify for a 30-day change of mind return, the Goods must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. They must also be free of any passwords or passcodes (including Apple ID/Google account removal) and include all original accessories. Any additional items sent with the returned Goods will not be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

12 Months Warranty

Our warranty covers all product defects, including hardware and software issues, during the 12-month warranty period. This also includes significant discrepancies between the product received and what was originally ordered. If a defect occurs, the item is eligible for repair, and if that isn’t possible, a replacement or refund will be provided.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any external party. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from impact, water, or any other external factors. Your warranty will be void if the device has been tampered with or repaired by a third party. Please note that repairs performed by unauthorised third parties will void your warranty.

Water Resistance and Water Damage

According to the brand owner's policy, water damage is not covered under the 12-month warranty. While iPhones are designed to be water and dust resistant, water damage remains excluded from warranty coverage. As a result, our warranty does not include water damage.
