We offer free delivery across Australia. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, there may be delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you. Once your order is processed and verified, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time and tracking number.

Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse. Standard delivery typically takes up to 7 business days.

During the peak Christmas season, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 additional business days. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, shipping delays beyond our control may occur.
